End of Summer, Back to School This Week!

Food Supplies extremely low! -
With fall fast approaching, we are seeing increased demand for services and the pantry shelves are getting bare. Please encourage anyone you know with resources to help with donations. All of your donations, big or small, are truly appreciated, every little bit helps! We cannot do it without YOU! See our How You Can Help page.

The new school year – is here!  We will begin distributing school supplies starting Tuesday, September 4th. School supplies are packaged by school age children and distributed throughout the month of September. We want to thank everyone who donated supplies for our client’s children this year. We received Back Packs, Pencil Sharpeners, Pencils, Pens, Highlighters, Markers, Loose Leaf Paper, Crayons, Rulers, Notebooks, Binders, and Calculators. It's not too late! Donations can still be dropped off at the pantry during our hours of operation (Tuesdays and Thursdays – 9:30 to 11:30 AM)
Summer Interns - We were blessed once again this year by our young volunteers, Holly and Jake. They helped with just about every aspect of food collection, packaging and distribution. Holly was also very helpful in identifying age appropriate books for our client's children to read.
From all of us at the KMFP, Thank You and Have a Great School Year!
