Christmas Sponsors – are needed for the KMFP Children.  As of October 1st we started signing up the children for Christmas gifts. Last year over 200 children were signed up and due to Associate Director Marge Conway’s hard work and in conjunction with churches, businesses, and individuals all of them received gifts. We hope that this year we can once again find sponsors for all the children being signed up. Please spread the word in your respective houses of worship, organizations, and businesses and among your family and friends. KMFP Clientele – continues to increase.  In the month of September 2009 we served 211 families equating to 404 Adults and 309 Children under the age of 18.  This is the largest number as of right now that we have served since the founding of the pantry in 1983. Many of our donors are not known to us because they donate via their house of worship, organization, etc. therefore on behalf of all us at the KMFP we want to say Thank You for all your donations throughout the year which made it possible for us to maintain our doors open so we can feed all these families.  I am leaving you with these statistics and remember we still have three (3) more months left in 2009.
